Brookdale Women's Soccer Earn Region 19 District East A Championship Title
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale women's soccer team defeated the RCSJ-Cumberland Dukes, 1-0, to become the Region 19 District East A Champions! the Jersey Blues will be moving on to nationals!
At 42:00 in the first half, sophomore forward, Adyson Hornberger, found sophomore forward, Rori McDonough, for the pass as she touched it in the net for the game winner. The Offensive MVP of the game was issued to Rori McDonough, and the Defensive MVP was earned by freshman, Marissa Fiordaliso.
The Jersey Blues are awaiting the seeding for the NJCAA DIII National Championship which takes place the week of November 7th - 12th at Caromont Health Park in Gastonia, NC.
