Vanesa Rivas earns D2 GSAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week award

VINELAND - Middlesex College went 3-0 on the week with big victories over Essex Co. College, Montgomery Co. (PA), and Salem CC. Much of the success is due to the efforts of sophomore Vanesa Rivas.  Rivas averaged 21 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 steals on the week which earned her player of the week honors.  Rivas and the Colts, who hold a 7-2 record, will be back in action on Tuesday, December 5 as they travel to County College of Morris to take on the Titans.  Tip off scheduled for 5 PM.
