Cumberland's Zanghi ears GSAC Baseball Player of the Week

North Branch, NJ-- Cumberland Sophomore Pitcher, Joseph Zanghi, has been named the GSAC Player of the Week in the sport of baseball. Zanghi saw the mound only once this past week, but made the most of it. The Milford, CT native pitched a complete game shutout, allowing only one base runner all afternoon and striking out 9 batters in a 4-0 win over Sussex County Community College. Zanghi is 1-1 on the season with an ERA of 0.82.
