GSAC DII Men's and Women's Soccer Player of the Week

Toms River, NJ - The GSAC Soccer Committee has recognized Adrian Franco and Fiona Madigan of Mercer County Community College as the Men's and Women's Soccer Players of the Week, respectively.

Fiona Madigan: Sophomore Fiona Madigan has helped the Vikings win their fifth straight game. Madigan scored her third goal of the season in a 9-0 win vs Brookdale. Coach Ron Stinson credits Madigan for her leadership on the backline as well as her excellent free kicks which have helped the Vikings to a 5-1-1 record.

Adrian Franco: Freshman Adrian Franco had the Vikings' lone goal in a 1-0 win at Raritan Valley and also had a goal in Mercer's 5-0 win vs Frederick. Franco leads the Vikings in goals scored (4) and assists (3) and has helped Mercer to a 6-1-1 record.
